Our client, one of the Mid-Atlantic's top marketing firms seeks a Sr Art Director/ Creative Director to work with Strategic Consultants, Account Directors, and existing Creative Directors to lead clients to the clearest, most creative marketing solutions. .
Responsibilities:
Concept with and direct teams of designs and writers for a wide variety of mediums, including visual identities, sales collateral, direct mail, print advertising, and the web
Create complete branding strategies for clients
Manage and monitor budgets and timelines
Translate marketing strategies into meaningful creative tactics
Develop and manage creative budgets for simultaneous projects
Manage workflow, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and meet critical deadlines
Work closely with Account Services in coordinating client contact and maintain a strong client relationship
Requirements:
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about design and advertising
Extensive experience extending brands and concepts across diverse mediums
Experience directing the development of client brand guides; layout, writing and rationale
Ability to motivate, empower and lead multiple creative teams
Experience managing, reviewing and supporting creative teams
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Portfolio of award-winning work recognized by peers and clients
Advanced knowledge of print production techniques, procedures, and timelines
Expertise in troubleshoot production issues and reviewing printers proof
BS/ BA
Compensation:
