The Director of Web Systems will manage the coordination, design, enhancements and updates of information, materials, and functionality contained on Space Coast Credit Union's internal and external corporate websites, and will utilize this service platform to:
Educate staff and members on SCCU’s products, services and mission;
Retain and attract members by leveraging advancements in technology;
Drive and promote sales of SCCU products and services through the web to meet and/or exceed related production goals;
Enhance credit union value by providing state-of-the-art service options;
Maximize uptime and service delivery by ensuring system functionality and ease of use.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the research, testing, implementation, maintenance and development of SCCU’s web-based products, services, and all interfaces that process Member requests, i.e., Online Banking, check orders, bill payment, e-lending, e-statements, e-applications, etc.
Providing leadership to the Web Systems team.
Oversee and participate in the development, implementation, timeliness and availability of web-page content
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations
Interact with all levels of the organization regarding web-related issues, including providing recommendations for member and staff education via the web
Prior experience:
A minimum of five (5) years sales, web-site management and operations/maintenance experience (webmaster) preferred. Project design, implementation and management experience is required.
