You must be extremely creative and have the ability to manage the entire design process from start to finish. As a designer, you should be extremely enthusiastic and motivated, with ideas and concepts that are cutting-edge and ground-breaking.
To support your role you should be highly skilled in the following technologies: Illustrator, Flash and Photoshop. Although this role is heavily design-orientated it would also be an advantage to be proficient in HTML and CSS as well.
The Challenge - You will be responsible for leading the design aspects of a new and innovative online proposition. The role will involve working at all stages of the application design and creation including the initial concept development. This is an early stage opportunity to get involved with a team of professionals working to an aggressive growth plan.
The Person - You will have established a career in digital design in the online marketplace. As an experienced designer you will have a thorough understanding of: Usability, User Interface Design, wireframe design and Information Architecture. You will also have good communication and interpersonal skills. You should be persistent, determined and thorough in delivering the highest quality of work on time and to specification.
