You know how to create complex interfaces using multiple nested MCs or even how those MCs can be controlled via actionscript.
You know all about McTween.
You know how to code a custom function.
You can build custom, modular components / MCs for reuse in multiple flash files.
You know how to set up flash movies so that they can get to the lowest file size possible.
Your rock at melding video and audio into flash.
You have 2-5 years of experience using Flash as a major web development tool.
You have Agency or Studio experience.
Your job will be to take creative designs (PSDs) and turn them into workable interactive flash experiences from start to finish.
