At CP+B it's not about getting a build assignment and knocking it out for a client, it's about working with designers and creatives from the ground level to prototype ideas and make things happen on a grand scale.
Candidates for this position will have a chance to work with leading brands

Requirements:
• A well-rounded, innovative hacker mentality who thinks experimenting with new technologies is almost as good as sex
• Expertise with OOP programming techniques and RIA/SOA architecture
• Experience developing games and data driven applications
• Must work well in a team-oriented environment, so basically you shouldn’t be a complete recluse
• Meticulous attention to detail when working with designers on motion graphics, video, and sound assets
• An almost twisted obsession with high-quality, on-time deliveries. (OCD a plus but not required)
• Experience with wide range of Internet technologies; including Flash Remoting; Flash communication server; XML;JavaScript; and HTML
• Knowledge of how to make things work across various OS and browser platforms
