We are looking for a very strong detail- and object-oriented JavaScript developer with an entrepreneurial spirit, looking to make a difference. We need the right candidate to come in as an expert to build out and design our user experience for a new web application. An ideal candidate will have a passion for front-end technologies, especially JavaScript, AJAX, HTML and CSS. This position will be focused on the user experience for web applications including AJAX functionality leveraging OO analysis and design with JavaScript, creating new designs and layouts.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with object-oriented (OO) JavaScript and frameworks (i.e. Ext JS, JQuery, Scriptaculous, Dojo, MooTools, Prototype, YahooUI (YUI), etc)
- Experience designing and implementing web applications employing XHTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Ability to deliver a consistent user experience across multiple web browsers
- Strong background in user interaction design for web-based applications
- Experience with JSON/Web Services/XML/REST
- Flexibility
- Detail and team oriented
- Great communication skills
