Agency Access, a promotional service company for commercial photographers and illustrators, is looking to find the right person to be our in house web developer. This position will play a pivotal role in leading the development of our next generation web application using AJAX and other awesome new technologies on the front end with a fully scalable OOP backend.

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience developing web applications with PHP/MySQL implementing object-orientated programming.
• Able to fluently hand-code clean, compliant, and semantic XHTML and CSS
• Have an in depth knowledge and experience with JavaScript, AJAX, XML & JSON
• Know the difference between YUI, jQuery, Prototype, Ext, and MooTools
• Have an understanding of MVC frameworks, Subversion, and IDE’s
• Strong understanding of UI development and usability
• Understanding of the intricacies and sometime insanities of cross-browser development.
