Agami Creative is a small web studio based in Richmond, VA. We are growing rapidly and would like to hire a part-time sales representative to help pursue our target market. Our current clients run the gamut of industries, but our focus going forward will be on green, sustainable, or socially-responsible businesses. We ask that you have a general knowledge (or at least a passing interest) in one or all of these areas.

This position will be responsible for helping grow our small, two person shop into a competitive marketing and advertising studio. We've reached the limit of where we can progress on our own and we recognize the need for sales-savvy person to make this happen. Our niche is unique to the marketplace and we're really excited about what we can accomplish - all we need is you!

Our ideal candidate currently has a day job or freelance career and is looking to transition into a new industry or work environment. The hours are flexible and the position will be contract-to-hire. Compensation is commission-based, and the rate is negotiable.

A few requirements we're looking for are:

- A degree in business administration, business management, sales/marketing/advertising, public relations or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with the web services industry and its ever changing technologies.
- Great personal skills, self motivation, and familiarity working in a telecommute environment (email, phone, IM, etc.).
- An interest in the environment, sustainable businesses, renewable energy and other green/progressive issues.
