The Web Applications developer will provide Web site consultation and production to facilitate the research, instruction and marketing needs of campus units and its constituencies. The individual in this position will be responsible for the design, production, maintenance and upgrade of Web sites and ColdFusion-based Web applications, as well as project management and Web graphic design. Our ideal candidate must have experience in the design and production of ColdFusion-based Web applications; extensive knowledge of web programming languages with preference given to ColdFusion; experience working with a variety of cross-platform electronic publishing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience using Web design and authoring applications such as Dreamweaver, Flash, etc; and demonstrated experience in state-of-the-art Web page development.
