We now seek a high-quality, experienced and skilled individual to join our headquarter team in the position of Web Developer.
This position will be responsible for the design, development, modification and maintenance of the company’s websites.
Basic duties include, but are not necessarily limited to:
• Design, build, modify and maintain company websites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
• Write, design, and edit web page content
• Participate in strategic and development team meetings to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, plan projects, develop content criteria, and determine solutions.
• Identify problems uncovered by testing, management, or customer feedback, and correct problems or refer problems to appropriate managers or personnel for correction.
• Evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards and is compatible with browsers, devices and operating systems.
• Maintain current understanding of web technologies and programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups.
• Identify opportunities for improvements, efficiencies and security; present findings and suggestions to departmental team and manager for collaboration.

Requirements:
• 5+ years developing rich, customer-facing web applications.
• Expertise with Microsoft.NET Framework, Citrix.
• Extensive knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and browser degradation strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of (X) HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, .NET, VB.NET, SQL, AJAX and recent development and best practices in each.
• Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
• Experience in applying web developmen
