Education, Training, and Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience
Certifications (Microsoft, Java, etc...) a plus

Technical Skills
Required:
Expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
Cross-browser coding
Nice to have:
Experience with YUI, EXT, prototype or other JavaScript libraries
Oracle PL/SQL
BEA Weblogic
Unit testing
Understanding of Java, MVC, REST, SOAP, RPC (the stateless web service paradigm), JSON

Communications and Analytical Skills
Effective verbal communication skills
Concise writing and technical writing skills
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Willingness to work in a team environment and take constructive advice
Ability to test their code and the code of others
Aptitude to write clean, clear, commented code
